Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unwashed, and unworn condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear (unless faulty or incorrect item sent)

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at hello@saltysolcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and address

 

Return Shipping

• Australia: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Store credit: Available as an alternative to refund for faster processing
• Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved

 

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

1. Contact us immediately at hello@saltysolcollective.com with photos of the issue
2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
3. Return shipping will be covered by us

 

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Australia, please contact us before returning items to discuss the best solution. International return shipping costs may apply.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this Returns & Exchanges policy. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
